This course is for anyone interested in learning and practising some fun and friendly indoor team sports to brush away the winter blues.
Session 3: 5-a-Side
These longer 3-week sport sessions will give you an opportunity to build your skills and offer more great ways to have fun, meet new friends, and get off the couch when it’s cold and wet outside. Keeping Active is one of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing because we all know that being stuck at home during the dark, winter months can make us miserable and depressed. Enrol on just one, two or all three sessions.
This 3-week course will meet Wednesdays on: 6th, 13th and 20th March
