Who is it for?
This course would suit people new to Mindfulness as well as those who have themselves already engaged with Mindfulness to some degree. If you are interested but unsure whether to apply you are welcome to contact the tutors to discuss the course.
This longer mindfulness course offers an introduction to Mindfulness and Mindfulness techniques to help people cope with stress, physical pain and challenging emotions such as anxiety, depression and fear. Mindfulness allows us to be with our immediate experience by becoming more aware and intimate with our thoughts and feelings without becoming overwhelmed by them. It allows us to be more balanced.
