This course is for anyone who is interested in finding new ways to express their thoughts and ideas and to record them for future recall.

Writing about your day can be therapeutic, but it can be hard to find the time or the energy to sit down and collect your thoughts. So why not come to this session where Positive People’s digital experts together with our own experienced tutors will take you on a talking walk. Here, we will show you how to record your voice on the go as you experience paintings and artefacts that spark your interest and curiosity in Torquay Museum’s diverse collections. You will be shown how to record your voice on the go, so you can chat away and have something to listen back to when you want to recall your impressions and memories. This course can help inspire curiosity, help you to slow down by observing the detail of objects, promote memory and recall by playing back your recording, and help you find and trust your own voice as a means to express yourself.
