Listening to the sound of the waves, connecting with the natural environment and breathing in the fresh sea air are all things that contribute to our mental health. On this all-day course, you will be introduced to basic sea techniques and tackle, fish species, conservation and legislation, and signposting to how you might be able to continue with the sport. We will aim for catch and release method of fishing and all fishing kit will be supplied. N.B.
