This course is for anyone who would like to explore Mindfulness and other practices to help relax.
This 3-week course is dedicated to fostering well-being using mindfulness and relaxation approaches. The course will offer an opportunity to learn and deepen mindfulness practice and combine it with relaxation techniques like guided meditation, nature contemplation using imagery and sound, breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, and autogenic muscle relaxation. Tips about how to relax and sleep better will complement the course.
This 3-week course will meet Wednesdays on: 30th May, 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th June and 4th July
