Who is it for?
This course is for those new to Mindfulness and for those who want to practise Mindfulness approaches more regularly and as part of an active life.
This 4-week course challenges us to immerse ourselves in the feeling of movement, physical activity and in the details of the environment around us (people, nature, sounds of the outdoors, etc) using Mindfulness to facilitate contentment and calm. When we integrate Mindfulness with physical activity, like walking or other forms of exercise, we begin to find pleasure in movement, experiencing more satisfaction and enjoyment during the activity and in our every-day lives. On this course, you will be guided to work on your own, with others and as a whole group indoors and outdoors. You are kindly asked to bring appropriate clothing for the weather.
