Who is it for?
This course is for anyone interested exploring healthy and fun new ways to promote wellness for themselves and others.
Laughter Yoga is an enjoyable group activity that is also a great way to practice the 5 Ways to Wellbeing which encourage you to connect, keep learning, keep active, take notice and give. In this session, you will be with people and experience their laughter which will make it easier for you to laugh. Laughter Yoga gives you effortless opportunities to connect with others, learn something new to stay well, experience an active workout, take notice by allowing you to let go and respond to feelings in the present moment and to give by sharing your laughter yoga skills and experiences with those outside of this session.
