This course is for anyone interested in learning how healthy food choices can improve our moods.
As the old adage goes: we are what we eat. It makes sense that the food you consume does not just affect your physical health, but your emotional and mental wellbeing also. This 4-week course explores how what we put into our body can affect our day-to-day moods and longer term mental health. The course does not advocate any diet preference over another; it aims instead to inform you of the relationship between what you eat and how you feel, including tips on how to incorporate healthy eating into your life.
This 4-week course will meet Thursdays on: 23rd, 30th May, 6th, and 13th June
