Rebuilding Your Life

The Rebuilding Your Life section provides courses to introduce you to the key values and principles of recovery, and to help you begin to think about and consider the direction you want to take for your wellbeing. Courses in this section cover subjects around the definitions of recovery and what recovery can mean for you to learning to write your own keeping well plan, thinking about work and benefits, and learning about the ‘five ways to wellbeing’.
