Courses in this section will help you develop your knowledge and skills to support your recovery and wellbeing. Courses include opportunities to learn about mindfulness and the skills to implement mindful practice in our day-to-day lives, courses to develop the skills to build our confidence and self-esteem, and courses that help us recognise our moods and emotions and the practical skills we can practice to manage them better. There are also courses that offer opportunities to learn some creative skills in order for us to express ourselves in art, writing and music, as well as courses to teach us core skills to help us live healthy, productive and independent lives in the community.
