When we experience difficulties and distress it is often important to find support from others who have experience similar things. Using our own experiences we can also help others, and this process of receiving and giving help is of great mutual benefit all round. There are so many ways to get involved to help others, from publicly sharing your story of recovery to setting up a peer support group. The courses in this section will provide you with information on the ways of doing this.
