This course is for adults of all ages and abilities who want to experience the health benefits of easy-going activity and walking on the moors.

Once you experience the beauty and benefits of outdoor activity on the moors, you will want to come back again, either by enrolling on other courses with the Devon Recovery Learning Community, or on your own through joining in activity days or volunteering with Exmoor National Park. Free minibus transport from Barnstaple will be provided. Please dress for the weather, wear suitable shoes or wellies and bring a water bottle and snack.
