A Day of Mindful-In-Nature: Mindfulness and Mental Health Recovery in the Outdoors

Would like to spend some time outdoors in a beautiful location, surrounded by nature in a safe and supportive setting? Are you curious to learn how the practice of mindfulness and nature connection can support your overall sense of well-being? Mindful-In-Nature is a 9-week course based at Sharpham Estate with picturesque views overlooking the Dart Estuary. This in-depth course offers a unique combination of mindfulness and nature connection to support mental health recovery, resilience and wellbeing.

What you will learn:

  • Mindfulness and nature connection practices and skills to help manage stress and enhance wellbeing
  • How to build personal resilience and an increased ability to cope with difficult and stressful situations
  • Self-compassion and being kinder to yourself
  • How to apply mindfulness to your daily life after the course has been completed

Transport to Sharpham Estate: Please request if you will want transport by minibus. Collection points are Torbay and Totnes.

This 9-week course will meet Tuesdays on: 23rd, 30th April, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th May, 4th, 11th and 18th June
